The matchmaking platform for the Dutch trade mission to Klaipeda, Lithuania and Gdynia, Poland
From 18 to 21 September 2023 a Dutch delegation of companies will visit Lithuania and Poland. This Dutch trade mission will capitalise on the opportunities in both countries in the field of offshore wind energy.
We like to invite the Dutch companies to register on this platform to participate in the on site one-on-one sessions that will take place in Poland and Lithuania.
We would like to invite participants from Lithuania and Poland to register on this platform to participate in the on site one-on-one sessions and meet the participants of the Dutch delegation. Although the mission is focussed on Dutch Lithuanian and Dutch Polish cooperation, participants from other countries are also welcome to meet the Dutch.

How to join?
By registering on this platform, you can pre-schedule meetings with the incoming Dutch participant companies and vice versa. These meetings will take place during the physical matchmaking on Monday 18 September in Klaipeda Lithuania and Wednesday 20 September Gdynia, Poland.
Please note, if you work for a Dutch organisation in the Netherlands or for a Dutch organisation in Lithuania or Poland, please, register as a Dutch participant!
Timezone
This mission will take place in to different timezones. The mentioned times in the agenda are in Eastern European Summer Time (EEST). Participants for the event in Poland should choose the Central European Summer Timezone (CEST) on the platform named as Europe/Warsaw. You can do this during registration or on your dashboard when you are already registered. Go to "edit profile" and choose Europe/Warsaw.
